MetroWorld ("the App") is developed by Gökhan Ekici. Your privacy is important to us.
The App stores your game progress (level, coins, statistics) locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with third parties.
The App does not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools.
The current version of the App does not display advertisements. If ads are introduced in a future update, this policy will be updated accordingly.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App with an updated revision date.

By downloading or using MetroWorld ("the App"), you agree to the following terms.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control.
The App may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
Metro Coins (MC) and Diamonds are virtual currencies with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency.
You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
